Survived by her husband, Karl; a son, Shel- don of California; a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Hamburg of Oak Park; Sarah Simons Sarah Simons, a member of Jewish organizations here and in Florida, died Aug. 4 at age 77. A former Detroiter who re- sided in Hollywood, Fla., Mrs. Simons was a member of Adat Shalom Synagogue in Detroit and the Deborah group, Hades- sah, Temple Solel Sisterhood and Sheridan Lakes Women's Club in Florida. She is survived by her hus- band, Leonard; two sons, Jerome of Hollywood, Fla., and Robert or Orlando, Fla.; a brother, Daniel Balantozon of Hollywood; a sister, Helen Fitlow of Oak Park; and six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
