Rabbi Howard M. Folb is the
new spiritual leader of Cong.
Beth El in Windsor, Ont. Prev-
iously, Rabbi Folb served as
community rabbi for the Jewish
Federation, serving Southern Il-
linois, Southeastern Missouri
and Western Kentucky.
Rabbi Folb and the federation
were honored in November
1984, with the Shroder Award
presented by the Council of
Jewish Federations.
He was educated at the Uni-
versity of Cincinnati, where he
received a B.A. degree with
honors in sociology. He was or-
dained a rabbi at the Hebrew
Union College - Jewish Institute
of Religion, Cincinnati. Upon
ordination, Rabbi Folb was
4warded the degree of Master of
Arts in Hebrew Letters.

support of a new facility for its
