ISAAC AMINOFF, 64, of Buf-
falo, N.Y., died July 17. He
leaves his wife, Tova; a son,
Daniel of New York; a daughter,
Mrs. Dennis (Michelle) Hegyi of
Ann Arbor, a brother, David of
Ann Arbor; and three grand-
children.

JOSEPH BARCLAY, 82, died
July 16. He leaves his wife,
Rachel; a son, Dr. Mel of Ann
Arbor; two daughters, Mrs.
William (Greta) Lipson and Ms.

ANNA LESSER, 87, of South-
field, died Aug. 6. Survived by
two sons; Dr. Morton and
Robert; a daughter, Mrs. Sam
(Hyla) Offen; a brother, Harry
Mendelsohn; eight grand-
children and six great-grand-
children.

OLA BECK, 58, of Southfield,
died Aug. 3. Survived by her
husband, Jerry G.; a son, Mark
Steven of New York City; two
daughters, Mrs. Stewart (An-
nette) Baine of Boca Raton, Fla.,
and Sonia; a brother, Ben Evans
of Stanford, Conn.; and two
granddaughters.

ABE CHODAK, 84, of Oak
Park, died Aug. 6. Survived by
two sons, Irwin and Murray J.;
two daughters, Mrs. Mitcheal
(Hilda) Bloom and Mrs. Howard
(Esther) Davidow; a sister, Mrs.
Hyman (Rose) Katz; nine grand-
children and two great-grand-
children.

BELLA COHEN, 94, died Aug.
6. Survived by two sons, Dan A.
Colman and Sam Colman; a
daughter, Mrs. Raoul (Lillian)
Coquereau of Los Angeles,
Calif.; and three grandchildren.

DR. JOHN ALLEN DANGO-
VIAN, 25, died Aug. 1. He
leaves his parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Alfred (Lorraine) Dangovian;
two brothers, Dr. Michael and
David; a sister, Ina; and his
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.
Mervin (Tillie) Gardner.

SONIA GERTZMAN, 81, died
Aug. 6. She leaves a son, Abe; a
sister,•Eva; and two nieces.

IRVING P. GOLD, 76, of De-
troit, died Aug. 1. Survived by
two sons, Byron D. of Jerusalem
and Steven A. of Chicago, Ill.;
and two grandchildren.

LISA AMY HERBST, 14
months, died Aug. 1. She leaves
her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alan
(Elaine) Herbst; a sister, Nikki;
her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.
Fred (Martha) Herbst; and

Frances Goldman

Frances Goldman, a long-time
member of Detroit Jewish
organizations prior to making
her home in Los Angeles, Calif.,

died July 19 at age 92.
Mrs. Goldman was a member
of Cong. B'nai Moshe and its
sisterhood, Sinai Temple Sister-
hood, Dignitaires, Adat Shalom
; Senior Group and American-
' Hungarian Ladies Aid.
She is survived by two sons,
Albert of Los Angeles and Her-
bert of Dallas, Tex.; a daughter,
Mrs. LeRoy (Anne) Go ► un of
Angeles; ten grandchildren

SYMCHA NAJER, 77, of Oak
Park, died Aug. 3. Survived by
his wife, Bertha; a son, Leonard;
a brother, Moshe of Paris,
France; and three grand-
children.

SAM PICKMAN, 66, died July
24. He leaves his wife, Lenore; a
son, Michael; two daughters,
Mrs. Michael (Elizabeth) Parr
and Mrs. Arvin (Ruthanne)
Pearlman; a brother, Jack of St.
James, Fla.; a sister, Mrs. Belle
Weinstein; and four grand-
children.

HARRY PORTNEY, 60, died
Aug. 4. He leaves his wife,
Norma; a daughter, Lisa; two
brothers, Joseph of Pompano,
Fla.,•and Dr. Jack of Flint.

CHARLES ROSENBLATT,
75, died July 31. He leaves his
wife, Isabelle; two sons, David
and Michael of Edmonds, Wash.;
a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Corey)
Sapstein of Chicago, Ill.; a
brother, Harry of Skokie, Ill.;
and one granddaughter.

ANNA RUDNER, 86, died
hug. 1. She leaves a son, Theo-
dore; a daughter, Mrs. Lillian
Fine; five grandchildren. and
four great-grandchildren.

CELIA B. WEISMAN, 80,
former Detroiter of Bloomfield,
Conn., died July 24 in Herzlia
Pituach, Israel. Survived by a
daughter, Marilyn Grant of
Herzlia Pitauch; two brothers,
Morris Friedman ofDetroit and
Tamarac, Fla.; and Shol Fried-
man of Los Angeles, Calif.; a
sister, Mrs. Thelma Sills of Los
Angeles; two grandchildren and
two great-grandchildren. Inter-
ment Israel.
