Susan Chudnow and Dr. Allen
Norrily were married recently
at Cong. Beth Shalom. Rabbi
David Nelson and Cantor
Samuel Greenbaum officiated.
The bride is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Harry Chudnow of
Southfield. Parents of the
bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs.
Morry Noorily, also of South-
field.
Lesley Chudnow of Dallas,
Tex., was the matron of honor.
The bridegroom's sister, Dina
Noorily, was the bridesmaid.
Michael Noorily was his
brother's best man. Ushers were
the bride's brothers, David

Chudnow of Dallas and Robert
Chudnow.
Helen Liner of -Miami Beach,
Fla., the bride's grandmother,
and Vera Noorily of Jamaica,
N.Y., the bridegroom's grand-
mother, also participated in the
ceremony.
Dr. Noorily is a graduate of
the University of Michigan Med-
ical School and is pursuing a
career in otolaryngology.
• The new Mrs. Noorily is a
senior at the U-M Medical
School.
Following a honeymoon in
Montreal and Quebec City, the
couple is residing in Southfield.

tional activities, births, engagements, marriages and b'nai
mitzvah. Publicity for these items must be typed, double-spaced
on•81/2"x11" paper and include the time, date and place of the
event in organizational news, and in all cases the name and
phone number of a contact person we can reach during the day.
There is a fee of $10 for photographs. Only black-and-white
glossy, professional-quality photographs will be accepted. The
deadline for these notices is noon on Friday prior to next week's
issue.

Judaism Aided • By Elderly

High school students from
Baptist churches around the
state are meeting with residents
of the Jewish Federation apart-
ments as part of their Jewish
awareness program.
The program, under the au-
spices of Rev. Raymond Dunn of
the Tabernacle Baptist Church
in Hazel Park and Helen
Naimark, executive director of
the Jewish Federation Apart-

meats, is held at the apart-
ments..

Tie students, asking ques-
tions concerning Judaism and
the personal experiences of the
residents, also entertain the
residents with Hebrew songs
especially learned for the occa-
sion.
About 50 students and 20.
residents participate.
