For Palestinians
Considering that it was proper
to expatriate Sudenten Germans
after the Second World War
from Czechoslovakia .. .
Considering that Israel ab-
sorbed 800,000 Jewish refugees
from Arab lands while the Arab
states instead of helping their
refugees, set up the Palestine
Liberation Organization to mur-
der Jews and destroy Israel .. .
Considering that Jordan and
Saudi Arabia and other Arab
countries will not allow any
Jews to set foot in their coun-
tries let alone grant them citi-
zenship rights .. .
Considering that the United
Nations Relief and Works
Agency for Palestine Refugees
(UNRWA) was set up to resettle
the Arab refugees of the 1948
Arab war against Jews, but
never has made an effort to do
so . . .
Considering that there are
727,023 Arabs (1983 U.N. fig-
ures) still living in the tempor-
ary transient housing of the 28
United Nations camps in Judea,
Samaria, and Gaza . . .
And considering that Jordan
has recognized those living in
the U.N. camps of Judea,
Samaria and Gaza as citizens of
their nation .. .
Why don't our Jewish com-
munity organizations — ZOA,
AIPAC, LZA, B'nai B'rith,
Hadassah, American Jewish
Committee — use their influ-
ence in Congress to empty those
UN-PLO camps in Judea,
Samaria and Gaza (as well as
those camps in Jordan) that
threaten Israel's survival? Why
don't they work to make it
American policy to permanently
settle those Arabs in Jordan?
This is not a matter. of hate or
disrespect for the Arabs or their
religion or culture. The purpose
is so they can finally start living
peaceful and productive lives in-
stead of being maintained at the
expense of the American tax-
payers as a source of terrorism.
