Chapters Win Regional Awards

Local B'nai B'rith Women's
chapters received awards at the
recent regional conference.
Fund-raising awards went to
Business and Professional, De-
troit, Marshall, Morgenthau and
Tzedakah Chapters for meeting
allocation by December 1984.
Aviv, Bloch, Brandeis, Busi-
ness and Professional, Centen-
nial, Detroit, Galilee, Golda
Meir, Handler, Israel, Marshall,
Morgenthau, Pisgah, Solovich,
Tikvah, Tzedakah and Zeiger
Chapters were recognized for
oversubscription on fund rais-
ing.Golda Meir Chapter was
cited for its "To Life, To Life,

L'Chayim — To Life as a Jewish
Woman" program, and Sue
Schlom was recognized for the
program's flyer. Galilee Chapter
was honored for its bulletin, The

Spotlight.

Soralee Broida was named
volunteer of the year.
