Study Program
Begins Monday

The Dial-A-Daf Program will
be merged on Monday with a
new program known as Dial-A-
Shiur and will share the same
phone lines. For the same sub-
scription fee, listeners may avail
themselves of both programs of
Torah•study.
For the last year many mem-
bers of the community have
been studying one folio page of
Talmud per day on the tele-
phone and have completed the
following tractates: Beitzah,
Megillah, Ta'anis, Chagigah,
Moed Katon, Rosh HaShannah,
Succah and Yevamos. Presently
participants are studying
Kesubos.

Temple Treasures
Plan Trip, Lunch

Temple Israel's Temple Trea-
sures will host a mystery trip
with passport and luncheon on
July 23. Bus transportation will
leave the temple at 11 a.m.
There is a charge, and checks
must accompany reservations.
Guests have their choice from a
menu of broiled turbot, sails-
bury steak or roast chicken.

the Swedish diplomat responsible
for saving thousands of Jews from
Nazi death camps, to Sweden in a
prisoner exchange in 1962, ac-
cording to a lawyer for his half-
brother and sister, The offer oc-
curred 15 years after Wallenberg
supposedly died,
