David Liner
David B. Liner was elected
president of the Jewish Welfare
Federation's Young Adult Di-
vision at its 47th annual meet-
ing.
Formerly a vice president,
Liner has been active in the di-
vision for several years. He is a
member of the YAD executive
committee and board of directors
and was the division's secretary/
treasurer.
He received a B.A. degree from
the University of Michigan and
his J.D. degree from the Wayne
State University Law School.
Elected with Liner were Ber-
nard Kent, executive committee
chairman; Mark A. Goldsmith
and Betsy S. Heuer, vice
presidents; and members-at-
large Roselyn K. Blanck, Phyllis
Kessler, Carlo Martina, Ian Pes-
ses, Stuart J. Snider and Lynn
Tarnoff. Stacy Brodsky is
secretary/treasurer.
Elected to the board for the
coming year are Jeffrey Appel,
Michelle Appel, Norman Beitner,
Lisa Brody, Ron Elkus, Debbie
Feinberg, Tammy Gorosh, Brian
Kepes, Martin Saffer, Frank
Sklarsky, Barbara Tronstein and
.Roger Winkelman.

munity Council's Internal
Relations-Culture Committee are
available to any community
organization planning programs
of Jewish content for the coming
year.
The department features mate-
rials on a variety of topics, in-
cluding Israel, Soviet Jewry,
Jews in Arab lands, anti-
Semitism and Jewish holidays
and traditions. The Program
Service and Information De-
partment will also help schedule
speakers and films for any organ-
ization.
