Civil Service Commission since
1978, has declared his candidacy
for the Southfield City Council.
Robinson is a certified public
accountant and president of a
Southfield CPA firm, has a BBA
degree from the College of the
City of New York, a master's
degree in economics from the
University of Michigan and is a
veteran of 61/2 years in the U.S.
Army and U.S. Air Force, in-
cluding World War II.
Among his other activities
Robinson has written An Ac-
counting and Auditing Manual
for Personal Property Assessors
and has taught a course on that
subject through the University
of Michigan Extension Service.
