Specific clothing items needed include hats, men's suits, women's and girls' dresses and skirts. Armchairs, straight-back chairs and knickknacks are needed for props. Oakland Hills Hosts U.S. Open Tourney Oakland Hills Country Club in Birmingham will host the 1985 U.S. Open golf tournament June 13-16 for the fifth time since its inception. The tournament will be played on the South Course, which is rated as one of the top ten of America's greatest golf courses. Leading the field of golfers will be Fuzzy Zoeller, the 1984 U.S. Open champion. The 1985 winner will take the title, a $103,000 first place award out of a total purse of $650,000.
