The Greater Detroit Chapter of
Hadassah will hold its sixth an-
nual women's open tennis tour-
nament June 5-7 at the Franklin
Racquet Club in Southfield. There
is an entry fee.
Co-chairmen, Barbara Gutman
and Nadine Miller announced
that the tournament this year will
offer singles or doubles matches.
Luncheon will be provided on
Wednesday. Refreshments will be
available. Participants will re-

from a bake sale conducted today
by the children in Mrs. Linda
Gale's fourth grade class at Hillel
Day School.
Twenty-one children will par-
ticipate in the bake sale at the
school. Since all items had to be
kosher, all items were made on
the school premises. Parents came
to school to join their children in
the baking project.
