Twin Ceremony

Cheryl Doren and Lorie
Rosenblatt will twin the obser-
vance of their b'not mitzvah cel-
ebration at Adat Shalom
Synagogue at 9 a.m. Saturday
with Natalia Safronov, the
daughter of Vladimir and
Eleanora Safronov of Kharkov,
USSR.
Safronov is a construction
engineer in Kharkov. His wife is
a chemical engineer. Both have
been unable to find work in
their profession since applying
for exit visas in 1979.
Their youngest daughter,
Natalia, suffers from cerebral
palsy. Now ten years old, she
has never even attended school
because there • are no facilities
for her in Kharkov.
The parents are anxious to be
reunited with the family in Is-
rael where the child can be med-
ically treated and educated.
