Jewish Federations in San
Francisco last weekend drew
strong Detroit participation.
Robert Naftaly, chairman of
the 1985 Allied Jewish Cam-
paign, chairs the Large City
Budgeting Conference. Dr. Con-
rad Giles, Federation vice-
president, heads the community
planning committees. Mandell
L. Berman is chairman of the
CJF long range strategic plan-
ning committee as well as vice-
president of CJF.
Federation President Joel D.
Tauber sits on the budget com-
mittee, Martin E. Citrin is im-
mediate past president of CJF,
and Carolyn Greenberg, a
member of Federation's Board of
Governors and Executive Corn-
mittee, attended the meeting as
a new CJF board member.
