COMMUNITY NETWORK
FOR JEWISH SINGLES (25-

45) will see the film, Pennies from
Heaven, at 7:30 p.m. Monday at
the Cranbrook Institute of Sci-
ence auditorium. There is a
charge, and refreshments will be
served.
CNJS has arranged for a tour of
the Holocaust Memorial Center
slated to take place at 7 p.m. May
1. Admission is free. For reserva-
tions by April 29, call the CNJS,
661-1000, ext. 219.
A wine-and-cheese party is
planned for 8 p.m. May 16 at the
Center. Wine expert Lloyd
Brown-John will conduct the tast-
ing. The program is co-sponsored
with the Detroit/Windsor Wine
Tasting Society. There is a
charge. For details, call the CNJS.
A Motown revue will highlight
a party sponsored by the CNJS
and the B'nai B'rith Singles at 9
p.m. May 18 at the main Jewish
Center. The film, The Big Chill,
will be shown at midnight. There
is an admission fee.
The Chai Singles Ski Club of
the CNJS is still taking reserva-
tions for its hiking weekend at the
Pictured Rocks of the Upper
Peninsula, slated for July 26-28.

deadline is June 15.
Softball is played at 10:30 a.m.
Sundays at Brace-Lederle Field in
Southfield.
