Lynne, to Daniel Bennett Seff of
Orlando, Fla., son of Arthur and
Celia Seff of Mayfield Heights,

Miss Herman holds a B.S. de-
gree in special education from the
University of Michigan and a
M.A. degree in psychology from
the University of Detroit. She
currently works with emotionally
impaired children.
Her fiance earned a bachelor's
degree at Johns Hopkins Univer-
sity and a D.O. degree at the West
Virginia School of Osteopathic
Medicine. He has a dermatology
practice in Orlando.
An August wedding is planned.
