10. She leaves her husband, Hy; a
son, Dale; a daughter, Mrs. Mar-
shall (Marcy) Spinner; two
brothers, David Gershon and Ben
Gershon, both of Tulsa, Okla.; a
sister, Mrs. Sally Rothenburg of
Deerfield Beach, Fla.; and two
grandchildren.

LAUREN BECK, 15, died April

4. She leaves her parents, Rosalie
Beck and Sanford Beck; a brother,
Lawrence; a sister, Susan; and her
grandfather, Joseph J. Beck.

VIOLET BERMAN, 63, died

April 9. She leaves her husband,
Daniel; three daughters, Mrs.
Alvin (Linda) Katzen, Mrs. Mar-
vin (Sandra) Hayman and Andrea
of New York; her mother, Mrs.
Sarah Silberstein; a brother, Ed-
ward Silberstein; and five
grandchildren.

SONIA BLOCK, 79, former De-

troiter of Beechwood, Ohio, died
March 30. Survived by two sons,
Ronald of Southfield and Marvin
of Pepper Pike, Ohio; and seven
grandchildren. Interment Ohio.

ROSALIE DOREEN BROWN,

41, died April 10. She leaves her
husband, Joel; two daughters,
Robyn and Shawn; her parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Samuel (Mildred)
Beber; and a sister, Dr. Jac-
queline Grekin.

REBA COOPER, 73, died April
4. She leaves two sons, Dr. Jerome
and Melvin of Lakewood, Calif.; a
daughter, Mrs.. Milton (Judith)
Friedman of California; and seven
grandchildren.

JAKE FENSTER, 79, of Oak
Park, died April 8. Survived by
two sons, Seymour of Longwood,
Fla., and Herman; a daughter,
Mrs. Shirley Scheflin; two
brothers, Sam of St. Louis, Mo.,
and Sol of Rockaway, N.Y.; a sis-
ter, Mrs. Paula 'Lipman; eight
grandchildren and one great-
grandchild.

MARGARET FINGERHUT of
Toledo, Ohio, died March 23. Sur-
vived by two daughters, Beatrice
Schavrien of Oak Park and Joy
Guciardo of Reading, Mass.; a
brother, Sylvan Feder of Burlin-
game, Calif.; two sisters, Mae
Lubitsky and Bessie Freeman of
Toledo; three grandchildren and
four great-grandchildren.

Julius Englander

Julius W. Englander, an execu-
tive food broker, died April 5 at
age 73.
Born in Youngstown, Ohio, Mr.
Englander was a member of Tem-
ple Israel and Franklin Hills
Country Club. He was honorary
chairman of the board of Marks
and Goergens, Inc. He was affil-
iated with the company for 50
years.
He leaves his wife, Belle; three
daughters, Mrs. Daniel (Susan)
Frazho of Denver, Colo., Mrs.
Mark (Judith) Robinson and
Nancy of Boston, Mass.; and three
grandchildren.

LILLIAN FREED, 86, of West
Bloomfield, died April 9. Survived
by two daughters, Mrs. Florence
Rosenzweig of Brooklyn, N.Y.,
and Mrs. Calvin (Phyllis) Blum;
and four grandchildren. Inter-
ment New York.

EVA PINES, 87, died April 4.
She leaves a son, Theodore; a
daughter, Mrs. Harold (Donna)
Garmel; a sister, Sarah Rosen;
seven grandchildren and six
great-grandchildren.

HARRY DAN RICHMOND, 79,

ROBERT FULLER, 69, of Oak

Park, died April 8. Survived by
his wife Mildred; two sons, Dr.
Marc S. of Worcester, Mass., and
Dr. Gregory W. of Des Moines,
Iowa; a daughter, Mrs. Bruce
(Terri) Bever of Atlanta, Ga.; and
a sister, Mrs. Marion Abramchik
of New York.

CECILE GRABER, 70, former
Detroiter of Omaha, Neb., died
April 5. Survived by two sons,
Sam of Southfield and Benjamin
of Omaha; two brothers, Ben of
California and Joe of Toledo,
Ohio; two sisters, Mickey Reit-
man of Southfield and Edith War-
tell of Farmington Hills; and
eight grandchildren. Services in
Omaha.

MAURICE H. GREEN, 93, of

Southfield, died April 4. Survived
by his wife, Frances; a son,
Samuel; a daughter, Mrs. Bella
Segal; and four grandchildren.

ANDREA (KAY) HALLER, 47;
former Detroiter of Dayton, Ohio,
died April 5. Survived by her hus-
band, Gil; a son, Gregory; two

(Diane) Zmikly of Canton, Mich.;
her mother, Zelda Kay of South-

Hills; and four grandchildren.
