Community Center.
The annual event is sponsored

the World Award to Rev. Franklin
H. Littell, professor of religion at
Temple University and founder
and honorary chairman of the
Anne Frank Institute (formerly
National Institute on the
Holocaust).

An award-winning documen-
tary on the Holocaust and a
roundtable discussion on
genocides of the 20th Century
next week will highlight
Genocide Awareness Month at
Central Michigan University in
Mt. Pleasant.
The CMU Jewish Student
Organization will sponsor a show-
ing of the documentary film To
Bear Witness 7:30 p.m. Monday in
the Lake Superior Room of the
Bovee University Center.
The Jewish student group and
the CMU Armenian Club will
sponsor the discussion of
genocides of the 20th Century 8
p.m. Tuesday in the Moore Hall
Kiva on the CMU campus. Fea-
tured speakers include Dr. Dennis
Papazian, professor of history at
the University of Michigan; Rabbi
Charles Rosenzveig, director of
the Holocaust Memorial Center in
West Bloomfield; and Chhang
Song, chairman of Save Cam-
bodia, Inc. and editor of Cambodia
Today magazine.
