named to the honors society at
Albion. Davis also plays varsity
baseball and will be studying in
Jerusalem in the fall. Davis is the

Brandeis University National
Women's Committee, Greater De-
troit Chapter, will have its "Uni-
versity on Wheels" program on
April 17 at the Bloomfield Town-
ship Library, 1049 Lone Pine
Rd.
The theme is "Beyond Politics."
The morning session starts at 9:45
and Prof. Jacob Cohen will speak
on "The Edge of History."
Prof. Cohen teaches at Bran-
deis,- was director of the "Upward
Bound" program and helped di-
rect a pioneering effort to help
disadvantaged students for col-
lege. He edited Midstream maga-
zine, and articles of his have ap-
peared in Jewish Frontier, the
New York Times and other publi-
cations.
The afternoon session at 1 p.m.
will feature Prof. Robert Green-
berg who will talk on "The Media
as the New Philosophers." Prof.
Greenberg has been an associate
professor of philosophy at Bran-
deis since 1966. A Woodwow Wil-
son Fellow, he also was awarded a
Fullbright Fellowship.
