Artisans '85 Fair Nears Artisans '85, Temple Israel Sis- terhood's annual art fair, will be presented April 27-29 at the tem- ple. At 7 p.m. April 27, there will be a patron champagne preview, fol- lowed by the presentation of the Mildred S. Steinberg and Andrew Chalat Memorial Concert, featur- ing the latest work by Dr. Morton Gold, Songs of Triumph. The University of Miami (Ohio) choir and symphony orchestra will per- form. Jewelry appraisals will take place from noon to 4 p.m. April 28 and Rabbi Harold S. Loss will re- view Rita Kashner's To the Tenth Generation on April 29. The fair will feature artworks of practical and cultural interest. Barbara Dalton's "New Image" will make its premiere at the art fair. Books will feature pottery, glass work, jewelry, weaving and other craft items. The public is invited to the April 28 and 29 events at a nomi- nal charge.
