BUSINESS AND PROFES- SIONAL CHAPTER, Women's Telethon For Youth The Greater Detroit Chapter of Hadassah launched the annual Youth Aliyah telethon this week. All members will be called to make contributions to meet the Metropolitan Detroit goal by the time the drive is concluded April 30. This year the national goal is to raise an additional $200,000 be- yond the current support level to provide food, clothing and other basic necessities for the thousands of Ethiopian Jewish youth. This program will aid their absorption into Israeli society. In addition, the Hadassah- Hebrew University Medical Cen- ter will provide medical services to the new young Ethiopian im- migrants. Members of the telethon com- mittee are: Maxine Steiner, chairman; Esther Adler, Barbara Ben, Roberta Lazar, Marcia Par- ven, Marion Stein, Phyllis Subar, Susan Yorke and Esther Zisman.
