Prof To Lecture
To Senior Adults
Prof. Joseph Gutmann of
Wayne State University's art his-
tory department will address the
senior adult department of the
Jewish Center at 1 p.m. Tuesday
in the assembly hall of the Jimmy
Prentis Morris Branch. At 2 p.m.
there will be two films, Passover
and In the Path of Prayer.
Admission is free, and all senior
adults are invited. For informa-

Chana Klein will review
Cynthia Freeman's Illusions of
Love at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the
Morris Branch library. All senior
adults are invited free of charge.
A lecture entitled, "Options of
Aging-Care in Your Home" will
be presented at 1 p.m. April 5 in
the Morris Branch assembly hall.
Admission is free.
Center Tiger Night
Coming In April
Irwin Cohen of the Detroit Ti-
gers front office will speak at the
Jewish Center at 8 p.m. April 25.
He will talk about the team and
show filmed highlights of the
1984 World Series.
A wide-screen TV will be set up
for that evening's Tiger-
Milwaukee game.
Friends and relatives are in-
vited. Refreshments will be
served. There is a nominal admis-
sion charge.
Toastmasters Meet
The Jewish Center Toastmas-
ters group will meet 7:30 p.m.
Tuesday at the main Center in
Zadie's restaurant, under the di-
rection of Larry Bissinger.

Southfield Councilwoman
Vicki Goldbaum has been reap-
pointed to the National League of
Cities' (NLC) Community and
Economic Development Policy
Committee for 1985. Goldbaum
was nominated to the post by the
Michigan Municipal league.
