Mikol-Lichtman
Lori Lichtman of Chicago, Ill.,
and Daniel Mikol, also of Chicago,
were married recently at Addison
Oaks. Rabbi Harold Loss and
Cantor Harold Orbach of Temple
Israel officiated.
The bride is the daughter of
Robert and Rita Lichtman of
Southfield.,Parents of the brideg-
room are Mrs. Beverly Mikol of
Park Ridge, Ill., and the late Mr.
Donald Mikol.
Linda Horwitz was the maid of
honor. Bridesmaids were Judy
Waters, Susan Maniloff and the
bridegroom's sisters Linda Mikol
and Alita Turzy. Karl Olsen was
the best man. Ushers were the
bridegroom's brother, Tom Mikol,
and Robert Fraser, Randy Sator
and the bride's brothers, Steve
Lichtman and Mark Lichtman.
Dominick Landoch was the ring
bearer.
The new Mrs. Mikol was
graduated from Michigan State
University with a B.A. degree in
psychology. She is currently
enrolled in a doctoral program in
clinical psychology at the Illinois
School of Professional Psychology
in Chicago.

man Sloman were married Sun-
day at the Franklin Hills Country.

Temple Beth El officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Nathaniel Bronstein of
Denver, Colo., and Detroit and
Southfield.
The bride's sister, Mrs. Bernice
Gershenson was the matron of
honor. Neal Sloinan was his
father's best man and the brideg-
room's sister, Mrs. Max Loewens-
tein, was an attendant.

Palm Beach, Fla., and Europe, the
couple will reside in Bloomfield
Hills.

Program On Aging,
Medicine Use Set
The fiavid M. and Frieda G.
LeVine Institute on Aging of the
Jewish Home for Aged will have a
day-long educational program
entitled "Issues of Geriatric Medi-
cation and Drug Use" to be held at
Bofman Hall, 19100 W. Seven
Mile, Detroit, on April 10 at 8:30
a.m.
Speakers representing Sinai
Hospital of Detroit, St. John's
Hospital, the Lafayette Clinic,
Wayne State University and the
National Institute on Alcohol
Abuse and Alcoholism will be on
the program. In addition, they
will be discussing drug therapies
commonly used by elderly persons
for high blood pressure, depres-
sion, Alzheimer's Disease and
Parkinson's disease.

Sinai Helps Smokers
Kicking The Habit
The American Lung Associa-
tion of Southeastern Michigan, in
conjunction with Sinai Hospital,
will sponsor the Cigarette Send-
Off on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the
Zuckerman Auditorium at Sinai
Hospital.
The send-off is a comprehensive
smoking withdrawal clinic, de-
signed to help smokers kick the
habit. There is a charge. For
