TERHOOD announces Rabbi
will meet noon Tuesday in the
home of Mrs. Bernard Chase,

nounces Mrs. Harry Hochman,
president.
Lane Steinger, rabbi of Temple
Emanu-El, will be, the featured
speaker at a sisterhood meeting
on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the
temple. Rabbi Steinger's topic
will be "Grappling With God: Be-
lief vs-. Disbelief — From
Amadeus to God Knows and
Other Recent Books." Refresh-
ments will be served, and
everyone is welcome. There is no
charge.
GLENNWOOD CHAPTER,
Women's American ORT, will
have a general meeting at 7:30
p.m. Wednesday in the home of
Phyliss Iwrey, 22765 Kenwyck
Dr., Southfield. Florence Schreier
of the Detroit Institute of Arts will
give a slide presentation on The
Precious Legacy. Refreshments

Women Naamat, will hold its
March meeting at the Franklin
Park Towers club house, 27350
Franklin, Southfield Saturday at
12:30 p.m. _ Frances and Harold
Norris will give a slide presenta-
tion on "Impressions of the Soviet
Union." Norris is a professor at
the Detroit College of Law and
author of several books in the
fields of law and poetry. Mrs. Nor-
ris is a retiree of the Institute of
Labor and Industrial Relations of
the University of Michigan and
Wayne State University and a
free-lance photographer. Friends,
husbands and guests are wel-
come. A social hour will precede

of the Sonya show on Monday,
leaving from the temple at 8:30
a.m. Luncheon will follow at the

able for its chocolate ex-
travaganza slated for noon-6 p.m.
March 31 at the Ann Arbor Inn.
There is an admission charge.
Proceeds will benefit pediatric re-
search at the Hadassah-Hebrew
University Hospital in
Jerusalem.
CLUB TWO, Pioneer Women/
Naamat, will have a pre-Passover
program on Monday at 11:30 a.m.
at the Kristen Towers, Oak Park.
