A pamphlet containing sup-
plemental Haggadah readings
has been prepared by the Jewish
Community Council of Metropoli-
tan Detroit fo use during Passover
Seders.
The pamphlet includes the reci-
tation, "Matzah of Hope," a
"hunger statement" and the
"Ritual of Remembrance."
Copies of the pamphlet may be
picked up at the Council's Pro-
gram Service Office in Room One
of the main United Hebrew
Schools Building, 21550 W. 12
Mile; Southfield. For mail orders,
phone the Council, 352-6166.
There is a charge of 5 cents each
for quantites of 10 or more and $1
to cover postage.

Temple To Hear
Knesseter Meron

rael's Knesset, will be guest
speaker at services at Temple Is-
rael on March 22 at 8 p.m.
Scholar-in-Residence of the De-
troit Zionist Federation, Meron's
appearance is sponsored jointly by
Temple Israel and the Zionist
Organization of America, Met-
ropolitan Detroit District.
, A member of the Liberal Party's
executive committee and former
deputy mayor of Ramat Gan, Me-
ron's Knesset assignments in-
cluded the committees on law,
economic affairs and sports.

T'Chiyah To Hear
Rep. Crockett

Congressman George Crockett,
Jr., will give his views of current
developments in the Middle East
at Cong. T'chiyah on March 23 at
7:45 p.m. Crockett will speak
after services led by Larry Hor-
witz.
Crockett represents the Michi-
gan 13th Congressional District,
an area which includes Cong.
T'chiyah. He has served as a con-
gressman since 1981. Before
being elected to Congress Croc-
kett was a Recorders Court Judge
for 12 years. .
Crockett serves on the House
Judiciary Committee and is an
active member of the House
Foreign Affairs Committee.
T'chiyah is located in the
Greektown area of downtown De-
troit, on the third floor of the St.
Mary's Community Center Build-
