'Marlene Moss Marlene Moss, general fund raising chairman, Women of Maimonides Medical Society, has announced that tickets are still available for the group's 39th an- nual Donor Day which will be held on March 19 at Fairlane Manor. This is the group's major fund-raising event of the year. At 10 a.m. boutiques will be opened for browsing and shop- ping. Women's sweaters, chil- dren's apparel, handbags, candy, original artwork and ceramics, stationery, jewelry, giftware and many more items will be avail- able. Luncheon will be served at noon. Highlighting the after- noon's program will be a fashion show presented by Michigan de- signer Bette Appel. Maimonides maintains an interest-free scholarship loan fund for students attending Wayne State Medical School, University of Michigan Medical School, Michigan State Medical and Osteopathic Schools and He- brew University in Jerusalem. Some of the many groups that benefit from Maimonides are: Parents Association for Jewish Residential Care, Children's Hos- pital Burn Center and Center of Abused and Neglected Children, Serve-a-Camp, Fresh Air Society, visually handicapped, Depart- ment of Special Education.
