The tradition of Purim fun and pranks
is almost as old as the holiday itself,
so we hope this special Purim satire
section will become an annual tradi-
tion, in The Jewish News. (Lord
knows, there's too little humor in the
news these days.) Of course, none of
the "news" stories or "ads" on these
four pages are true, and all of the
material is meant to be taken in the
spirit of fun in which it was written.
