NEWS Vote Rescinded New York - The Anti- Defamation League of B'nai B'rith (ADL) has expressed gratification that the American Library Association rescinded a resolution which charged Israel with alleged violations of human rights on the West Bank while ig- noring "clear, unequivocal, even brutal cases of censorship and in- tellectual persecution" by to- talitarian states. The controver- sial resolution dates from last June.
