A preview and silent auction will begin at 6:30 p.m and the vocal auction starts at 8 p.m. Once again, Ricahrd Nucian, noted auctioneer of Norman Levy Associates, Inc., will conduct the bidding and sales. Steinberg president at its re- cent meeting. The board also re- elected A. Arnold Agree and elected Merle Harris and Bruce Thal to serve as vice presidents. Other officers elected for 1985 were Marvin Fleischman, secre- tary; and Thomas Klein, trea- surer. Steinberg has served as vice president of Sinai's board of trus- tees since 1981. His affiliations with Sinai included acting as chairman of Sinai's finance com- mittee from 1979 to 1981 and the planning committee from 1982 to 1984 in addition to his member- ship on various other committees. Bleyer comes from Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Ill., where he served as vice president for clinical services, chairman of clinical administra- tion, and division administrator for pediatrics and obstetrics- gynecology. He has also worked at Lutheran Deaconess Hospital in Min- neapolis as administrative assistant/administrative resi' dent, and Children's Health Cen- ter, Minneapolis, as manager of outpatient clinics. Bleyer is a graduate of the Uni- versity of Minnesota, where he re- ceived his master's degree in hos- pital administration in 1975 and his bachelor of arts degree in 1971. He is currently a member of the American College of Hospital Administrators.
