ing Home with gifts, refresh-
ments and games. Anyone wish-

DEPARTMENT OF MICHI-
GAN will have its annual
Brotherhood Night program at 8
p.m. Feb. 23 at the Jewish War
Veterans Memorial Home. Topic
for the evening will be
"Brotherhood-1985". Participants
include community leaders,
clergy and other veterans organ-
izations. The JWV will host the
event. Moderator will be Past De-
partment Commander Jack
Schwartz. Families and friends
are invited. Refreshments will be
served by the Ladies Auxiliary.
College Scholarships
Offered By Jilin,
The Department of Michigan,
Jewish War Veterans of the
United States of America, is again
making available three annual
Michigan college scholarships in
the amount of $500 each.
There are no restrictions as to
race, color, religion, sex or creed.
Any veteran of the American
Armed Forces, his or her son or
daughter, or grandchild, is eligi-
ble. Need for financial assistance
must be demonstrated.
Applicants may include stu-
dents attending accredited in-
stitutions of higher learning on a
college level as well as members of
the January or June, 1985 high
school graduating class.
The qualified student should
immediately write a letter re-
questing scholarship information
and forms to: Scholarship Com-
mittee, 16990 W. 12 Mile, South-
field, 48076. All completed forms
must be returned by April 15.
