14000 WEST LINCOLN BLVD. — OAK PARK, MICHIGAN 48237

Park.
Miss Buchman was graduated
from Michigan State University

Government National Mortgage Association mortgage-
backed securities (GNMA certificates) have become one of
today's most popular investments because of their safety and
current high yield. Now there is a mutual fund that invests
primarily in GNMAs and other government guaranteed
securities—PaineWebber's GNMA Portfolio.
PaineWebber's GNMA Portfolio, one of 3 funds in the
PaineWebber Fixed Income Portfolios, seeks to provide timely
interest payments each
month as well as to
preserve capital and
liquidity.
A GNMA mutual
fund, professionally
managed, can take
advantage of changing
market conditions by supplementing assets in the fund with
other investments, usually other types of government
securities. This also makes it possible to provide more stable
dividend income that varies less from month to month than
that from GNMA certificates alone.
Minimum initial investment is only $1,000 and subsequent
investments can be as little as $100.
If the GNMA Portfolio appeals to you, call or send the
coupon below for details and a prospectus. We believe it is an
opportunity for you to discover why so many investors are
saying, "Thank you, PaineWebber."
