Headquartered at the Sheraton Oaks, the tournament also will include special activities. At 8 p.m. Feb. 9, there will be an Oneg Shabbat at the Sheraton Oaks. Hostess city bowlers will present an original show writtenspecifi- cally for the tournament. Elections will be held 10 a.m. Feb. 10 at the hotel. At 10 p.m. Feb. 10, a late supper will be served at the hotel and another program will be presented: The installation and awards banquet will be held at 5 p.m. Feb. 11 at the hotel. LOCAL NEWS Resident Services Head Named at Federation Apts. Sheyna Wexelberg-Clouser has recently joined the staff of the Jewish Federation Apartments as resident services co-ordinator. She will work at both the Anna and Meyer L. Prentis Towers in Oak Park and the Lillian -and Samuel Hechtman Federation Apartments in West Bloomfield. Her duties include the intake and orientation of new residents and she will work with all resi- dents linking them to community resources and helping with gen- eral problem solving. Ms. Wexelberg-Clouser is a na- tive of Milwaukee, Wis., where she received her master's degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She lived in Israel for two years, where she worked as a family social worker. Ms. Wexelberg-Clouser worked in Philadelphia for Jewish Family Service as a resettlement worker, was the hospice co-ordinator at the Philadelphia Geriatric Center and a technical assistant at Tem- ple University, Institute on Aging Sheyna Wexelberg-Clouser in the National Channeling Proj- ect. Prior to working at the Jewish Federation Apartments, Ms. Wexelberg-Clouser was a case management consultant to the Office of Services to Aging in Michigan. Dealing With Anger, Sibling Rivalry Is Topic Of Parents "How to Deal with the Problems of Anger and Sibling Rivalry," will be the subject of a parent edu- cation program, sponsored by Temple Emanu-El Nursery School, on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the temple. Guest speaker will be Dr. Joan Firestone, whose presentation will include a lecture and question-and-answer period. Dr. Firestone is an associate professor and director of the child development program at Mercy College of Detroit. She holds a Ph.D. degree in developmental psychology. In addition, Dr. Fires- tone developed and continues to supervise three child care centers in the metropolitan area. She is the author of an exten- sive research project on children's growth and development in the first three years of life. The public is invited. There is no charge. Story Doers Entertain Kids The Southfield Cultural Arts Division will continue its series of Kids Koncerts, for children ages 3-10, Feb. 2, 10:30 a.m., at the Parks and Recreation Building.
