Irving (Ida) Elkins of Margate,
Fla.; six grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren.

HARRY KUSHMAR, 85, of
Southfield, died Dec. 13. Survived
by his wife, Dora; seven sons,
Aneale, Philip I., Bernard, Ar-
nold, David, Morris and Simon J.;
four daughters, Martha, Marilyn,
Janice and Rose Dekett; six
grandchildren and one great-
grandchild.

LENA CRANIS, 81, of Oak Park,
died Dec. 9. Survived by her hus-
band, Louis H.; two sons, Leon J.
of Ballwin, Mo. and Jack S.; a sis-
ter, Mrs. Max (Ethel) Reisman;
four grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren.

ESTHER H. MARKOWITZ, 90,
died Dec. 15. She leaves two sons,
Saul Marks of Tarzana, Calif.,
and Burt; a daughter, Mrs. Harold

by her husband, Isadore; a son,

EVA WEISZ FINLAYSON, 57,
died Dec. 9. She leaves her hus-
band, Lorne Donald; three sons,
Lorne Alan, Norman Lyle and
Imre Peter; and four
grandchildren.

SADIE MYERS FRAZIS, 88, of
Detroit, died Dec. 16. Survived by
her husband, Harry; three daugh-
ters, Mrs. Calvin (Roberta) Lip-
pitt, Mrs. Anna Cook and Rebecca
Cherveny; six grandchildren and
two great-grandchildren.

GOLDSTEIN, 47, of Whitmore
Lake, died Dec. 18. Survived by
his wife, Diane; a son, William
Stephan; three daughters,
Elizabeth, Cynthia and Jacklyn;
his step-father, Seymour Gaer; a

granddaughter.

MORICE GROSS, 78, former
Detroiter of Montreal, Que., died
Dec. 13. Survived by his wife, Eva;
a son, Louis of Northbrook, Ill.;
two daughters, Mrs. Bernard
(Agnes) Klein of Bloomfield Hills
and Mrs. Stanley (Judith) Cadloff
of Montreal; a brother, David of
Brooklyn, N.Y.; and seven
grandchildren.

FRIEDA HAASE, 84, of Oak
Park, died Dec. 19. Survived by a
son, Bob Salomon; two daughters,
Mrs. Henry (Wally) Markus and
Mrs. Rudy (Irma) Cohn of Las
Vegas, Nev.; ten grandchildren
and eight great-grandchildren.

SARA HARRIS, 57, died Dec.
19. She leaves her husband, Sid-
ney; two sons, Melvin and Jeffrey;
two daughters, Mrs. Michael
(Rosalyn) Berke and Hilda; two
sisters, Mrs. Anthony (Harriet).
Caretto and Sylvia Ross of
Florida; and four grandchildren.
Services 10 a.m. today at Ira
Kaufman Chapel.

PHILIP HORNFIELD, 88, of
Oak Park, died Dec. 11. Survived
by a daughter, Mildred Botvinick
of Pontiac; two grandchildren and
five great-grandchildren.

JOSEPH M. KAY, 83, of South-
field, died Dec. 16. Survived by
two sons, Irving S. and Norman B.
of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a sis-
ter, Sally M.; and three
grandchildren.

ANN MERETSKY, 74, died Dec.
19. She leaves her husband,
Harry; a son, Stanley; a daughter,
Mrs. Harold (Yvette) Mizner; a
brother, David Rubenstein; nine
grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren. Services 11:30
a.m. today at Ira Kaufman
Chapel.

77, former Detroiter of Hol-
lywood, Fla., died Dec. 13. He
leaves his wife, Ernestine; a
daughter, Mrs. Leslie (Joyce) Ab-
ramson of Southfield; two
granddaughters and one great-
grandchild.

died Dec. 13. She leaves two sons,
Pierce Rollins of Los Angeles,
Calif., and Richard C.; a brother,
Max Schneider; two sisters, Mrs.
Herbert (Anne) Grossman and
Mrs. Raymond (Pearl) Jacobstein;
and two grandchildren.

MAN, 92, died Dec. 13. She leaves
two sons, Emanuel Feinberg and
Herman Farrand; a daughter,

Detroiter of Coconut Creek, Fla.,
died Dec. 17. She leaves a son,
Newson H. of Cleveland Heights,

Creek and Mrs. Donald (Naomi)
Hack of East Lansing; nine
grandchildren and eight great-
grandchildren. Interment De-

Encino, Calif., died Dec. 13. He
