Nov. 11 at Cong. Bnai David.
Rabbi Morton F. Yolkut of-
ficiated.
Parents_ of the bride are Dr.
Martin D. Capell and Mrs. Sheila
C. Capell, both of Southfield. Par-
ents of the bridegroom are Dr. and
Mrs. Morton Sandles of Oak Park.
Maid of honor was Susan
Capell. Bridesmaids were Dara
Newman of Toronto, Dr. Ann
Walker of Davison, Rhonda
Logan of Southfield, Paula Sexton
and Dr. Dawn MacCreery of East
Lansing.
Best man was Dr. Michael San-
dles of Belleville. Ushers were
Mark Newman of Toronto,
Jeremy Capell of Ann Arbor,
Ronald Siegel, Steve Scherr and
Paul Krupkin.
Flower girls were Yehudis and
Ettie Nachlas.
After a reception at the Michi-
gan Inn, the couple left for a hon-
eymoon cruise in the Caribbean.
The bride is a graduate of West
Bloomfield High School, the Uni-
versity of Michigan and Ferris
State College of Optometry. She is
in private practice in Rochester.
The bridegroom is a graduate of
the University of Michigan,
Wayne State University Law
School and Walsh College of Ac-
countancy and Business Adminis-
tration. He is in private practice
in Birmingham.
The couple resides in South-
field.

Leo and Frieda Barris of South-
field announce the engagement of
their daughter, Arlene "Leanie,"
to Laurence Robert Gunsberg of
St. Louis, Mo., son of Richard and
Renee Gunsberg of Southfield.
Miss Barns earned a Bachelor
of Science degree in special educa-
tion at Wayne State University.
Her fiance earned a B.A. degree in
communication arts at Michigan
State University.

The School for Human Rela-
tions at the Birmingham Temple
will have two programs in
January at the temple.
At 7:30 p.m. Jan. 10, Southfield
psychiatrist Dr. Saul Forman and
Wayne State University Associ-
ate Professor Eugene Schoener
will teach a class on chronic pain
and methods to deal with it.
On Jan. 17, Sharon Klein will
teach relaxation and massage
techniques.
