Ilan and Margo Weitzer

Weitzer-Pernick

Margo Louis Pernick and Ilan
Weitzer were married recently at
Temple Israel. Rabbi M. Robert
Syme and Rabbi Daniel L. Per-
nick, the bride's brother, of-
ficiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Lawrence Pernick of
Southfield. The bridegroom is the
son of Mr. and Mrs. Chanan
Weitzer of Ramat Gan, Israel.
Ruth Pernick was matron of
honor. Rachel Weitzer was
bridesmaid.

Yossi Weitzer was his brother's
best man. Dr. Nat Pernick, the
bride's brother, was an usher.
Junior attendants were Hila and
Ohad Weitzer.
Also in the bridal party were
the bride's grandmothers, Mrs.
Bessie Zelonka of Oak Park and
Mrs. Jeannette Pernick of Fort
Lauderdale, Fla.
Following a honeymoon in the
Canadian Rockies, the couple is
residing in Southfield.

married Nov. 17 at Temple Israel.
Rabbi M. Robert Syme and Cantor
Harold Orbach officiated. A
dinner party followed at the
Sheraton Oaks Hotel.
The bride is the daughter of Dr.
and Mrs. Jerome Winkler of
Southfield. Parents of the brideg-
room are Mr. and Mrs. Ralph
Isenstein of Toledo, Ohio.
Matrons of honor were the
bridesgroom's sister, Laura Seff of
Baltimore, Md., and the bride's
sister, Lisa Mallais of Victoria,
B.C., Canada.
Steven Winkler, brother of the
bride, was the best man.
The bride's grandmother, Mrs.
Maurice Siegel, also participated
in the ceremony.
The couple is planning a hon-
eymoon in Hawaii and currently
resides in West Bloomfield.

Marsha Operman, daughter of
former Detroiters Mr. and Mrs.
Max Operman of Laguna Hills,
Calif., and Mitchell Rosen, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Rosen of Los
Angeles, Calif., were married
Aug. 26 at Temple Beth Shalom in
Long Beach.
The bride's sister, Leah Moore,
was the matron of honor. Brides-
maids were Ruth Talmer of
Michigan, Rosalyn DeVries
andSharon Rosen, both of
California.
Larry Ginsberg was the best
man. Ushers were Dr. Sam
Talmer of Michigan, Ken Rosen-
feld, Phil Rosen and Howard Ro-
sen, all of California.

Mexico, the couple is residing in
