Southfield has
new art classes
Registration has opened for
winter art classes at Southfield
Cultural Arts. The eight-week
term runs from Jan. 14 through
March 15.
There will be 30 different class
offerings, including interior de-
corating, wood-block printing,
quilting, all types of drawing,
painting and pottery.
The focus of the youth and teen
program is use of materials, de-
velopment of techniques and con-
ceptual growth. Classes to choose
from include woodworking, pot-
tery, cake decorating, paper
mache construction, drawing and
painting, plus a variety of crafts.
