Jerusalem (ZINS) - Liberal
leader Arye Dulzin has called for
the abrogation of the Gahal
Agreement of the 1960s and the
breaking up of the Likud bloc into
its two main components - the
Herut and Liberal Parties.
Dulzin, who offered his proposal
on Israel television last month,
said that it would assure the pre-
sent national unity government
stability for its entire four-year
term.

London (ZINS) - Israel had de-
veloped a top secret arms rela-
tionship with China, according to
the London Sunday Times.
The paper claims that China
approached Israel several years
ago because of the Jewish state's
experience in improving Soviet
tanks captured from Arab armies
during the 1967 and 1973 Middle
East wars.
