David Louis Zeltzer of Natick, Mass., has graduated from Ohio State University with a Ph.D. de- gree in computer and information science, graphics and artificial in- telligence. Three months prior to receiving his Ph.D. degree, Dr. Zeltzer was appointed to the faculty of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as an assistant pro- fessor. His wife, Judy Sachter, was graduated from Ohio State Uni- versity with a master's degree in computer animation in art educa- tion. Her master's thesis is being published for use by graduate students in university graphics communities. Dr. Zeltzer is the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. George M. Zeltzer of West Bloomfield.
