Joan Rabackoff Joan Louise Rabackoff, a lab technician and medical assistant, died Nov. 17 at age 40. Born in Sacramento, Calif., Ms. Rabackoff was the past president of Ivan S. Bloch Chapter of B'nai B'rith. She bowled with B'nai B'rith Women. She leaves two sons, Steven and Jason; two daughters, Melanie and Leicia; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Glenon (Jacqueline) Winston of Sacramento; a brother, Bob Winston; and a sis- ter, Mrs. Linda Larimer. Dr. T. B. Shulman Dr. Thomas Benjamin Shul- man, a retired dentist, died Nov. 18 at age 78. Born in Detroit, Dr. Shulman was graduated from the Univer- sity of Michigan Dental School. He practiced dentistry for 46 years. He was a member of the Detroit Dental Society and life member of the Alpha Omega Dental Frater- nity. He leaves his wife, Jeanette.
