"Israel: The Post-Election
Period and Its Impact on Reform
Judaism" will be the first of three
addresses by Rabbi Richard G.
Hirsch at the third annual
Richard C. Hertz Institute on Re-
form Judaism at Temple Beth El
this weekend. The theme of the
weekend is "What Future for Re-
form in Israel?"
Rabbi Hirsch, executive direc-
tor of the Jerusalem-based World
Union for Progressive Judaism,
will speak on the impact of the
recent Israeli elections at 8:30
p.m. today, following a Shabbat
dinner at the synagogue. The
rabbi will speak on "Israeli-
Diaspora Relations: Should
American Jewry Have a Say in
Shaping Israeli Policy?" 10:30
a.m. Saturday and "Current Poli-
tics and Policies in Israel: What
Future for Reform Judaism
Now?" during Saturday's 12:30
p.m. luncheon session.

Roman will inaugurate Temple
Beth El's "Breakfast with the
Rabbis" series 10:30 a.m. Nov. 26.
Rabbi Roman will address the
topic "The Jewish American Prin-

lic is invited to this free lecture.
