LOCAL NEWS Asthma group to aid smokers kick habit The Asthma and Ephysema Association of Michigan (AEAM), has been formed to provide pro- vide programs and services for persons suffering from respira- tory illness, for the rehabilitation of those handicapped by lung dis- ease, and for the preservation of respiratory health. AEAM, in conjunction with the Center for Asthma, Ephysema and Allergic Disorders, will spon- sor a non-smoking program at the Southfeld Sheraton Hotel Nov. 15, 7-10 p.m. as part of the "Great American Smoke-Out."
