He leaves two sons, David I. and Aaron; six grand- Attorney Milton Weinstein dies Milton Weinstein, an attorney in the firm of Weinstein and Weinstein since 1937, died Sept. 23 at age 77. A native Detroiter, Mr. Weins- tein was a member of Adat Shalom Synagogue, president of the Hillel Foundation at Wayne State Univerity and a member of the board of governors of the Jewish Welfare Federation. He was graduated in 1929 from the Detroit College of Law. Mr. Weinstein was a 50-year member and past president of Pisgah Lodge of B'nai B'rith. He was a member of the Barristers Unit of B'nai B'rith. Mr. Weinstein was the past president of the Metropolitan De- troit B'nai B'rith Council, trea- surer and commissioner of the B'nai B'rith International Hillel Foundation, He was a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the National Trial Lawyers Associa- tion and an arbitrator with the children and two great-grand- children.
