The Detroit Free Press Interna-
tional Marathon will be run this
year for the benefit of the Na-
tional Multiple Sclerosis Society
and will start at Jackson Park in
Windsor, Oct. 14, 9 a.m.

Tel Aviv (JTA) — Aaron Krick-
stein, the 17-year-old tennis sen-
sation from Grosse Pointe, Mich.,
defended his title by defeating
Shahar Perkis, 6-1, 6-4, Saturday
to win the $90,000 Israel Grand
Prix Tennis Tournament.
The victory was on the same
court where Krickstein last cap-
tured the title of the Tel Aviv
tournament, his first interna-
tional tennis victory.
