M'sorati (Conservative) Move-
ment in Israel and co-director for
the Foundation of Conservative
Judaism will lead a kavanah in
advance of Selihot services at 10
p.m. Saturday. At 9:15 p.m. there
will be a coffee reception in the
board room, sponsored by the sis-
terhood and men's club. At 11
p.m., Selihot serices will be con-
ducted by Rabbi Efry Spectre,
Cantor Larry Viedre and the syn-
agogue choir.
CONG. BETH ABRAHAM
HILLEL MOSES: Selihot serv-
ices will begin at 11 p.m. Satur-
day, preceded at 10 p.m. with a
social hour. Rabbi A. Irving
Schnipper will officiate together
with Cantor Ben-Zion Lanxner.
TEMPLE BETH JACOB:
Services for Selihot will be held at
10 p.m. Saturday in the temple.
Rabbi Richard A. Weiss will
speak on "Sounding the Alarm."
Havdalah services will be at 9
p.m.
CONG. B'NAI DAVID: Rabbi
Morton F. Yolkut will officiate
and Cantor Hyman J. Adler will
chant the liturgy assisted by the
synagogue choir at Selihot serv-
ices at 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the
main sanctuary. A social hour
will precede services at 9:45 p.m.
in the Rotenberg Hall. The com-
munity is invited.
