ON CAMPUS MSU Hillel gears up for holidays The B'nai B'rith Hillel Founda- tion at Michigan State University will kick off the 1984-1985 school year this month with a full slate of both regular and High Holiday activities. A Hillel table will be set up dur- ing registration next week and will offer free balloons along with information on the Jewish stu- dent organization's programs. Hillel will host a sherry hour 5 p.m. Sept. 21 and the organiza- tion's annual open house, featur- ing free food, beverages and entertainment, has been set for 7-10 p.m. Sept. 23. The MSU Hillel is located at 402 Linden in East Lansing. WSU Hillel kosher lunch program in full swing The one place on the Wayne State University campus where Jewish students can enjoy a kosher lunch five days a week is WSU's B'nai B'rith Hillel Found- ation. The WSU Hillel lounge is located on the sixth floor of the Student Center Building. Hot, kosher lunches are served 11 a.m.-2 p.m. daily, according to Rabbi Louis Finkelman, WSU Hillel director. The • lunches, which form one facet of the Hillel program for WSU students, are available at a nominal charge to Hillel members and non-members as well.
