THE WRITE WORD

If you find the right gift a chore,
And written words don't flow for you,
Let the "write words" from my pen pour,
To make a portrait fresh and new.
A character sketch I will create
To mark whatever you celebrate.
So let my "Write Words" speak for you,
And convey portraits, Oh so true!

Cong. Shaaey Zedek's
Beth Hayeled — nursery
school and kingergarten —
will offer child care both be-
fore and after the regular
pre-school classes, begin-
ning this fall. Children may
be brought to school as early
as 7:45 a.m. and may stay
until 4:30 p.m. Breakfast
will be served and lunch
should be brought from
home.
The program offers half-
day nursery school classes
for children between the
ages of 21/2 and 5. It also pro-
vides a developmental kin-
dergarten program (kin-
dergarten readiness) for
children who legally qualify
for kindergarten and 'those
with borderline birthdays
who may be ready for more
than a nursery school ex-
perience but need time to
grow to succeed in a
standard kindergarten pro-
gram.
For the toddlers (18
months to age 3) there is an
opportunity for their first
group and educational ex-
perience outside the home.
Enrichment classes focus-
ing on particular subject
areas are for chidren age 4
and 5. This year's enrich-
ment offering& include 3 'SCi-

and Gym," "All Kinds
of Art," "Animals, Animals,
Animals," and "It's a Small
World."
Computer learning ex-
periences under the guid-
ance of a qualified specialist
are also part of the cur-
riculum. The Beth Hayeled
offers parent programs,
such as Sabbath dinners,
speakers, workshops, study
groups.
The Beth Hayeled pro-
grams contain nursery
school ingredients and
Judaic content in the form
of Hebrew words, blessings,
rituals, songs, dances and
Jewish holiday and Sabbath
observances.
A limited number of open-
ings exist for some classes.
The extended care program
is available to any student
enrolled in a regular nur-
sery school class. Call the
Beth Hayeled office, 357-
