college credit for courses
they watch on TV in their
own homes.
Programs are aired over
Channel 56 and area cable
networks at convenient
morning and evening hours.
Telecourses being offered
fall term at WSU include:

History and Civilization;
Political Science, Current
Issues in American Policies
and Current Issues in
Foreign Policy; Education,

formed in Southfield, Cong.

The new congregation
holds services at 9 a.m.
Saturdays at the Jewish
War Veterans Memorial
Home. Rabbi Zev Handler
conducts the services, which
are preceded at 8:45 a.m. by
a class in the fundamentals
of prayer.
Aimed at an Orthodox
audience, the congregation
is making plans for Rosh
Hashanah and Yom Kippur
services.
Kiddush follows services.
Jewish residents within
