Aaron Krickstein of Grosse
Pointe Woods became the
youngest title winner of the
U.S. Pro Tennis Cham-
pionships Monday night
with a 7-6, 3-6, 6-4, defeat of
defending champion Jose-
Luis Clerc of Argentina.
Krickstein, who will turn
17 Aug. 2, is the fourth
American to win the title in
two decades.

boat regatta and exhibition

the Rackham Fountain pool
at the Detroit Zoo.
