SINGLES will join the
Jewish Community Cen-
ter's men's and women's
health clubs for a poolside
barbecue party at 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday at the main
Center complex. There will
be food and complete use of
the men's and women's
health club facilities. A cash
bar will be available. Ad-
vance tickets are available
at a discount before Mon-
day. Tickets will be avail-
able at full price at the door.
The CNJS will hold its
weekly drop-in softball
game at 10:30 a.m. Sunday
at BracekLederle Field,
Southfield. The games will
continue through August,
but will not be played on
Aug. 12. Admission is free.
The games are organized by
Mary Petuck and Al Rosen.
The CNJS will hear Pe-
ter, Paul and Mary on July
21 at Meadow Brook, meet-
ing at Meadow Brook at 7
p.m. Paid reservations are
due by Wednesday. Com-
plimentary wine will be
served.
The Chai Singles Ski
Club of the CNJS will host a
canoe tripat 10 a.m. July 22
at the Proud Lake Recrea-
tion Area. The day will in-
clude lessons, a cookout and
swimming. The trip is ar-
ranged by Linda Levine and
David Steinberg.
Paid reservations are due
Wednesday. July 29 is the
rain date. For information,
call Ms. Levine, 357-4396.
The CNJS and the Jewish
Singles/Parents Network of
Ann Arbor will join for a day
at the Ann Arbor Art Fair
July 28. Carpools will be ar-
ranged. There will be a
party and dance at 8 p.m at
the Earhart Con-
dominiums. There is an
admission fee.
