Great Lakes AZA and BBG
Councils, respectively, at
the annual BBYO Installa-
tion held at Cong. Beth
Achim.
Brian was a founding
member of Brandeis AZA
two years ago and served his
chapter last year as
president. In the fall he will
be in grade 12 at Andover
High School in Bloomfield
Hills.
Lisa has been a member
of Shoshanna BBG for three
years and served her chap-
ter last year as president as
well as serving the Council
as coordinator of the Elec-
tions Training Conclave in
May. Lisa will be in grade
12 in the fall at Southfield-
Lathrup High School.

Harriet Cooper to receive
woman ottvalor award

Harriet Cooper will re-
ceive the Greater Detroit
Council, Pioneer Women/
Naamat's Woman of Valor
Award at the Council's an-
nual Spiritual Adoption
luncheon at noon Thursday
at Hamilton Place.

Michigan's first child abuse
council in 1974. She coordi-
nated efforts on a local level

Mrs. Cooper will receive
