The report, titled "The Decline in Egyptian-Israel Relations," also accuses Egypt of multiple violations of the peace treaty it signed with Israel in 1979 and charges that the govern- ment of president Hosni Mubarak has "entirely abandoned" the section of the Camp David agree- ments dealing with au- tonomy on the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The report was prepared by Raphael Danziger, an in- ternational affairs policy analyst, and Phil Baum, associate executive director of the AJCongress. It con- tends that Egypt has seized on Israeli policies as oppor- tunities for indulging in anti-Israel propaganda and other negative acts in order to prove its loyalty to the Arab cause. 6088 W.
